I am a strong believer in the value of learning through business case studies and have incorporated them as learning vehicles in most of my courses. I have also coached several award winning McMaster case competition teams and was the co-director of the annual McMaster eCase Competition. I have also been active in supervising graduate students at McMaster as well as at the universities of Guelph and Waterloo.I am also active in terms of academic service within the Information Systems community where I am currently serving as a senior editor, associate editor or editorial board member with several academic journals in the information systems field.
